02/17/2015: Assailants opened fire on the car of Colonel Murad Al-Amudi, the director of criminal investigation, in Al Mukalla city, Hadramawt province, Yemen. Al-Amudi and his bodyguard were killed in the attack. Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) claimed responsibility for the incident.
