01/01/2015: A suicide bomber detonated outside of the Evangelical Church of West Africa in Gombe city, Gombe state, Nigeria. The assailant was killed and eight other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
