12/29/2014: Assailants opened fire on military personnel as they were traveling in Sitio Barigyan area, Compostela Valley province, Philippines. The three soldiers were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
