Incident Summary:

12/11/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle in Ramadi district, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, two soldiers were killed and a bridge was destroyed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
