11/19/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the Arbil Governorate building in Arbil city, Arbil governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least four people were killed and 22 people were injured in the blast. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
