Incident Summary:

11/16/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near the vehicle of Shukria Barikzai, a lawmaker, in Kabul city, Kabul province, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, three people were killed and 22 others, including Barikzai were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban. By contrast, the Taliban denied responsibility for the blast.
