10/29/2014: Assailants attacked the Shaer Oil and Gas Field in Shaer town, Homs governorate, Syria. At least 30 people, including pro-government militia members and security guards, were killed in the incident while the number of assailants that were killed or injured is unknown. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
