10/19/2014: Assailants opened fire on residents in Gidin Waya village, Taraba state, Nigeria. At least two people were killed, one person was injured, and an unknown number of buildings were set on fire in the attack. This was one of two coordinated raids on villages in the area on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Fulani militants.
