Incident Summary:

10/16/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated in Dulai area, Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the same location in a short period of time. This first blast targeted Shia volunteer fighters while a later blast targeted police responding to the first attack. At least 10 people were killed and 29 people were injured across both explosions. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
