09/28/2014: Assailants opened fire on soldiers who were inspecting a power plant in Telagh town, Sidi Bel Abbes province, Algeria. Two soldiers were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Muslim fundamentalists.
