Incident Summary:
09/13/2014: Assailants threw a hand grenade at a Bargara Tea Estate office near Dalgaon town, Assam state, India. One person was killed and two others were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB).

Criteria 1

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
