Incident Summary:

09/12/2014: Gunmen opened fire on seven civilians in Sadiyah subdistrict, Khanaqin district, Diyala governorate, Iraq. The seven civilians, who the gunmen had accused of conspiring with Peshmerga fighters, were killed. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
