09/11/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near Ibrahim al-Jafari's office in Hay al-Urubah area, Ad Diwaniyah town, Al Qadisiyah governorate, Iraq. Al-Jafari, the Foreign Minister, was uninjured; however, at least three guards were wounded by the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
