Incident Summary:

08/26/2014: Assailants opened fire on Lieutenant Colonel Faraa Al Bueithi in Dhamar city, Dhamar governorate, Yemen. Al Bueithi, the Director of Public Relations for the Dhamar Security Department, was killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) was behind the attack.
