Incident Summary:

08/22/2014: An explosive device detonated at the residence of the sister of a member of the Islamic Dawa Party in Baiji city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. There were no reported casualties; however, the house was damaged in the blast. This was one of five similar attacks in Baiji city on August 22, 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
