Incident Summary:

08/16/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at a United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) camp in Ber village, Timbuktu region, Mali. In addition to the suicide bomber, two peacekeepers were killed and seven others were wounded in the attack. Al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) claimed responsibility for the incident.
