Incident Summary:

08/10/2014: Approximately 30 assailants attacked an Afghan Local Police (ALP) checkpoint in Sah Rawan locality, Dasht-e-Archi district, Kunduz province, Afghanistan. Eight assailants were killed and 13 others were injured in the ensuing clash; the ALP officers did not sustain any casualties. No group claimed responsibility; however, an Afghan official attributed the incident to the Taliban.
