07/30/2014: A female suicide bomber detonated explosives at the Kano Polytechnic College in Kano city, Kano state, Nigeria. In addition to the suicide bomber, six people were killed and six others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
