Incident Summary:

07/08/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle in Al-Rakah area, Saladin governorate, Iraq. The blast was targeting a group of volunteers gathered to counter the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) activities. In addition to the bomber, at least five people were killed and seven more people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
