07/07/2014: Assailants fired a rocket-propelled grenade at a police vehicle in Farsi district, Herat province, Afghanistan. Five police officers, including a district police chief, were killed and another person was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a source attributed the attack to the Taliban.
