Incident Summary:

07/04/2014: Approximately 15 assailants opened fire on military personnel in Bais city, Negros Oriental province, Philippines. A soldier and an assailant were killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a military official attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
