06/29/2014: Assailants opened fire on residents in Malwi village, South Darfur state, Sudan. At least one person was killed, eight others were wounded, and 49 others went missing in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Janjaweed.
