Incident Summary:

06/00/2014: Sometime between June 15, 2014 and June 30, 2014, assailants abducted six Ukrainian Army officers in Horlivka area, Donetsk oblast, Ukraine. One of the victims, Captain Roman Zasukha, was shot and injured while in captivity. All of the hostages were released in late July 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the abductions to the Donetsk People's Republic.
