Incident Summary:

06/20/2014: Assailants attacked security forces in Qaim city, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. The clash lasted into the next day and the attackers gained control of portions of the city. There were at least 30 reported casualties resulting from the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
