Incident Summary:

06/14/2014: Assailants abducted 15 people after voting in the elections in Koshki Kohna district, Herat province, Afghanistan. The hostages were released the same day; however, eleven people had their fingers cut off and four others had their nails cut off in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the abduction to the Taliban.
