06/14/2014: Assailants launched mortar shells at residential areas on Madhowa Island in Lower Juba region, Somalia. Five civilians were killed and six others were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
