Incident Summary:

06/10/2014: Assailants stormed an unknown number of police buildings in Shirqat town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. There were no reported casualties resulting from the attack. This was one of two similar incidents in the area carried out by the same group. No group claimed responsibility for the attacks; however, sources attributed the incidents to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
