06/08/2014: A female suicide bomber detonated an explosive device at a military barracks in Gombe city, Gombe state, Nigeria. In addition to the assailant, at least one soldier was killed and another soldier was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
