Incident Summary:

05/16/2014: Assailants abducted and robbed 18 people as they traveled between Nabiapai area, South Sudan, and Dungu area in Kpaika village, Orientale province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The victims were disrobed and released more than eight hours later. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA).
