Incident Summary:

05/09/2014: Approximately 100 assailants attacked a joint army and police checkpoint in Bala Buluk district, Farah province, Afghanistan. Seven people, including an Afghan soldier and six assailants, were killed and 29 others, including 11 security personnel and 18 assailants, were injured in the ensuing clash. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
