Incident Summary:

05/03/2014: Two mortar shells struck a civilian residence near Imam Ali al-Hadi Shrine in Samarra city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. At least two civilians were injured in the attack. This was one of four similar attacks in the city on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
