05/02/2014: Assailants opened fire on a military vehicle in Dilong village, Abra province, Philippines. One soldier was killed and six others were injured in the attack. It is unknown if the assailants suffered any casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a military official attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
