04/28/2014: A suicide bomber detonated near an Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) polling center in Wasiti neighborhood, Kirkuk city, Kirkuk, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least six people were killed and seven others were injured in the blast. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
