04/28/2014: A suicide bomber detonated near an Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) polling center in Dragh neighborhood, Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least four security personnel were killed and nine others were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
