Incident Summary:

04/28/2014: A suicide bomber detonated near an Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) polling center in Tuz Khormato town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least three Iraqi Police Service (IPS) officers were killed and seven others were injured in the blast. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
