Incident Summary:

04/23/2014: Four suicide bombers attempted to detonate explosives-laden vests at a joint military and police checkpoint in Ramadi city, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. Security forces opened fire on the assailants and all four were killed. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
