Incident Summary:

04/21/2014: Assailants opened fire on a vehicle carrying All Progressives Congress (APC) members near Mafa town, Borno state, Nigeria. An APC council chairperson, Alhaji Modu Janga, and an APC youth leader, Alhaji Abba, were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
