04/13/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a joint military and police patrol in Zahra neighborhood, Mosul city, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. Ten people, including security personnel and civilians, were killed and eight others were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) carried out the attack.
