04/12/2014: Assailants intercepted the vehicle of the Haditha Oil Refinery director on Baiji Hadithah road in Saladin governorate, Iraq. Five people were abducted, including the director, in the attack. The outcome of the abduction is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
