04/11/2014: Assailants opened fire on the convoy of Saleh al-Mutlaq in Abu Ghraib city, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. Al-Mutlaq, the Deputy Prime Minister, was unharmed in the attack; however, one of his guards were killed and three others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
