Incident Summary:

04/11/2014: A suicide bomber opened fire on Gul Babri and detonated explosives at a market in Urgun district, Paktika province, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, Babri, a tribal elder, was killed and three civilians were wounded in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
