04/09/2014: A remote-controlled explosive device detonated in Litan area, Ukhrul district, Manipur state, India. The blast targeted the car of Deputy Speaker M.K. Preshow Shimray. No one was injured by the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM).
