04/07/2014: A roadside bomb struck pick-up trucks carrying civilians on Kandahar-Herat Highway in Gilan Kachi area, Maiwand district, Kandahar province, Afghanistan. At least 15 civilians were killed and four others were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
