Incident Summary:

03/25/2014: Assailants threw an explosive device at a police patrol in Maiduguri city, Borno state, Nigeria. In addition to three assailants, five police officers were killed in the blast. This was one of two similar attacks carried out in Maiduguri city on March 25, 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that Boko Haram was involved in the attack.
