Incident Summary:

03/25/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle and assailants stormed the Independent Election Commission (IEC) office in Darul Aman neighborhood, Kabul city, Kabul province, Afghanistan. In addition to four assailants, five people were killed and two others were wounded and at least 20 others were taken hostage in the attack. The hostages were rescued the same day. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
