03/05/2014: A roadside bomb detonated near an army checkpoint in Tarmiyah town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. Two soldiers were killed and two more were injured in the blast. This was one of four coordinated attacks on checkpoints in the Baghdad area. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
