Incident Summary:

03/04/2014: An explosive device detonated in Badghisi village, Faryab province, Afghanistan. At least two people were killed and ten others were injured. This was one of two explosions that occurred within a short period of time; this blast was targeting a crowd that had gathering in response to an earlier explosion. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, officials attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
