Incident Summary:

03/01/2014: A remote-controlled explosive device detonated near a vehicle in Isku Filan neighborhood, Kismayo city, Lower Juba region, Somalia. The vehicle belonged to the security chief of the Raskamboni Movement, Niiniile. Three people were killed and five others were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that Al-Shabaab was involved.
