Incident Summary:

02/20/2014: Assailants opened fire on Dr. Israr Gulzar-ul-Haq's vehicle in Karachi city, Sindh province, Pakistan. Gulzar-ul-Haq, an Awami National Party (ANP) leader, and at least four other people were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
