02/18/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated in the Shurta area of Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. At least two people were killed and eight people were injured as a result of the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed it to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
